Many people consider US Highway 34 the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. As such, it was important for the design to reflect a “Rocky Mountain” image. Small shops, comfortable sidewalks, the scent of good food, soft music, and beautiful landscaping blend together to create this "main street" retail district in the heart of Centerra Marketplace.

BHA worked with MCG Architects and McWhinney Enterprises in developing the master plan for this 55-acre retail center.
