The Oak Street Plaza is situated in the heart of Downtown Fort Collins. The project is envisioned as an urban pocket park that will serve as a public gathering space, a shady place to eat lunch and enjoy a revolving art display. The circular grass area in the center of the plaza converts to a skating rink in the winter.
