BHA Design assisted McWhinney Enterprises on the Millenium GDP, a 25 year master
plan involving a 1,900 acre parcel of land located in Loveland, Colorado. The anticipated buildout of the project includes up to 5 million square feet of retail space, 2 million square feet of office space, 4,000 dwelling units, an environmental center, parks and trails. The master plan will balance amenities and uses in order for people to be able to “live, work, play, learn and shop” in close proximity, reducing impacts on the surrounding area.
